Domino’s Pizza boss Patrick Doyle has released a video in response to videos posted on the video-sharing site youtube.com showing an employee performing unhygienic acts in a US outlet. It’s another example of how difficult it can be for Brands to adapt to managing their presence in a communicative sphere where consumers (and employees!) can compete with orchestrated campaigns.
